Carlet
Bedroom where calm and a sense of seclusion reign; located on the main floor of the building, overlooking the gardens at noon and the saltwater pool, always ready for guests in summer.
It has two single olotine beds in baroque style and a matching bedside table, according to the preserved documentation, typically painted crimson with the dye extracted from the volcanic earth.
Even so, the room is equipped with a well-stocked closet and a chest of drawers decorated with solar motifs.
The room is designed for two people, with adaptable bedsteads for a better comfort, or also available to expand the capacity to four guests, since there is an interior door that communicates with another double room called Fredolic.
Its bathroom is equipped with a large shower tray and with a unique tiled bottom in the house, it has a soap dish with shampoo and ice.
There is also a large sink and a beautiful mirror that originally served as the old hand-washing sink of the house.
This room offers a wide exit to the gallery of the second floor, a space covered by semicircular arches where to be alone or in couple and with a nice round marble table, to be able to relax or enjoy the silence, as well as to enjoy reading or listening to music surrounded by the leafy southern forests of Sant Martí de Centelles and Bertí.
The passage to the room is maintained as it was originally from the common meeting space and access to the four large chambers of the farmhouse; a large and elegant living room, equipped with comfortable furniture restored with noble materials to read, be with the family, having a chat or simply enjoy the break offered by this harmonious meeting.
Both today and in the past, the charm and natural wellbeing of the chamber's layout have seduced visitors, so much so that in the 1940s Mercè Figueres, muse of the poet Màrius Torres i Perenya, reserved it for her retreats at Mas Blanc.
The staff of the house tries to make things easy and always have a yes for an answer, ensuring the comfort and tranquility of the guests with close and familiar treatment, to make the stay more pleasant and full.
At the reception, they have hairdryer, hair iron, iron for clothes and telephone for emergencies, since the natural isolation of the place and the firm constitution of the building suppose a meager coverage to the facilities.
They can also enjoy free Wi-Fi, biomass central heating and their own TV in their rooms.
